His suggestions were mostly Marketing/Advertising and SEO

Some of his suggestions/emails went to the COO and 1 top the Chairman.. He still did not get promoted. Nobody likes him.

We wrote him up. suspended him but nothing work.

Check out - showlowarizonarealestate.com I have a bundle of my other sites at the bottom and they have been in place over a month and are not showing up in Google, MSN ect. as backlinks links - does it take some time for it or what can I do besides putting them all in the side bar.

My webdesigner says that meta tags are for websites trapped in the 90’s and that they don’t make a impactable difference when it come to hits on your website anymore. The nice Tech support guy says that putting meta tags and keywords, and description tags in your website are very helpful to getting traffic to your site. Who’s the liar?

Background in a nutshell. I had lots of hits last month, lots of sales, last month. Then I had to abruptly change my web host. New designer, new site 10 days later, no tags,etc. New site no hits, same SEO’s and marketing. No sales at all. Could it be my new site ***** or my web designer needs a reality check?

Hi All,

Your help would really be appreciated in this . . .

I was hired on and currently work for an internet company as a web producer (updating our site through CMS and updating many small micro-sites). Ive also owned my own small web business for the last 4 years and have been continually growing it on the side. Ive been doing A-Z on those projects which include sales, design, development, QA, marketing, SEO and delivery.

Though I was originally brought in as a web producer in this company, I have done much more then was expected of me and that I was compensated for. Our company has been going through dramatically down sizing over the past 3 months and were now starting to build it back up as the demand for the services are getting higher.

Some of the work that I have done since joining include tons of designing (bottom to top) and developing, massive search engine optimization for 5 micro-sites and consulting for many other and as always general updating of the CMS site.

I recently spoke with the VP of marketing and told him that I wanted to change my role to an SEO Specialist. He turned around and said that he thinks I can be more than that. He wants me to take ownership over a couple of the projects that we have (million dollars ones). He stated that by simply being the SEO Specialist, I will always end up doing similar work that I have been doing up to date and would probably be under estimating myself.

My question: What would be the ideal role for me (the title) that I should ask for? We already have a creative director so that position is not available. What other positions would you guys recommend? He wants me to give him an answer and tell what I want my new title to be. I did a little research but then I thought I would try Yahoo Answers to get other answers as well.

I have one main hosted domain name and then I own about 4 other domain names that all point back to the hosted domain name. When I place backlinks, should they be with the main hosted domain name or the domain names that forward to that site? What is more effective? Does it matter? I am just looking to optimize my rankings for the local area of my business - a chiropractic office. I don’t want to do linkfarms or anything like that. Any advice is appreciated…
